1) WhoPaste will work best if the name of the contact is the first piece of data in the selection
2) Preferences settings are important
Default Country (set on the 'International' pane) impacts both phone numbers and street addresses.
WhoPaste assumes all contacts are from the default Country - unless the extracted data actually states a country.
If a contact is in fact from a different country but the extracted text does not include the country,
you can specify that country in the review window and WhoPaste will re-examine the data according to
the parsing rules for that country.
3) The checkbox on the review window (top left by 'Org')
This checkbox tells WhoPaste whether to expect an Organization and/or a Job Title
Having WhoPaste scan for a organization name when there is none in the data can lead to odd extraction results.
The converse is also true, having WhoPaste not collect an organization name when there is one present in the data, can also lead to odd results.
If you change the checkbox setting WhoPaste will re-evaluate the extraction according to the new setting.
This setting impacts street addresses and phone numbers
4) Hover over on-screen items
Hovering our mouse for a second or two over items on the WhoPaste windows will cause a tooltip to appear.
We will continue add more value to these easy-to-use widgets.
5) The 'Screens' page of the website
This page of the website should contain an annotated version of each screen.
