Here's a few things you can do if you experience any difficulties

1) Put the 'Caps Lock' down before you perform any extraction
This causes WhoPaste to log useful information. You can find this log by using the 'Console' application which is usually found in the 'Utilities' folder inside your 'Applications' folder. Look at the source list on the left and find 'FILES' then '~/Library/Logs' then 'Mac-Chi'. The file is named 'com.mac-chi.whoPaste.log'. Using the 'Vew' menu in the 'Console' application, if you select 'Customize Toolbar' you can add a 'Mail' toolbar item which makes it simple to send logs to Mac-Chi or any other developer. You can of course just 'copy and paste' the text of the log into an email
